Team Development Events

We work with teams at all levels to maximise team effectiveness.

Our team events help team members to get to know themselves and their colleagues; their preferences and how best to communicate with each other. This results in really effective team working. It also helps teams to work cooperatively and interdependently with other teams both within their organisation and with clients, partners and suppliers.

We help teams to accept and rise to challenge, and to deal with conflict and change as a normal part of business. The teams might already be functioning well, and want to optimise their high performance. They might be suffering from poor motivation, or they may have become dysfunctional and need significant help.

They might just need to have some fun. Combining learning with a fun activity can create a highly beneficial team event day. We work with partner organisations to create team building events all over Nigeria and West Africa; outdoor activities, cookery classes, competitive sightseeing, chocolate making and ‘Apprentice’ style challenges.

Whatever the need, it is the skill of the facilitator that can really make the difference. That’s where we come in.
